By downloading and using Zenfiday, you agree to the terms below.
A personal spending app built around a “daily budget”: from your monthly budget and what you have already spent, the App calculates how much you can spend each day. Zenfiday does not connect to bank accounts and does not carry out any financial transactions.
You must be 13 or older and legally able to accept these terms under applicable law.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App; sell, rent or sublicense it; or reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with it. The Zenfiday name, interface, the Zen mascot and the content in the App belong to us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for not using Zenfiday for unlawful purposes, and for complying with the laws where you live.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop providing the App to you if you breach these terms or harm the integrity of the App.
Zenfiday is completely free: you can download it and use all current features, with no card, no account and no ads.
As new features are added, we may launch a paid version, planned as a one-time purchase with no subscription. If we do, it will be clearly announced in the App and on the App Store / Google Play, and you will only pay if you choose to buy it. We will never charge you automatically. Features that are free today will not become paid for you.
Transactions are processed by Apple / Google. Prices are shown in the App Store / Google Play at the time of purchase, payments and refunds follow their policies, and we cannot issue refunds directly on their behalf.
Zenfiday stores your data on your device. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because your data lives on your device, you are responsible for protecting your device and backing up your data if needed. We cannot recover data lost through a lost device, uninstalling the App or resetting the device.
The “you can spend” amount and the suggestions in Zenfiday are for personal reference only, based on the data you enter. Zenfiday is not a financial advisor, and we are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on the App.
We work to keep the App running smoothly but do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, including data loss caused by your device or by uninstalling the App.
Note: Zenfiday is a tool to help you manage personal spending. Every financial decision remains yours — the app only offers reference information based on the data you enter. Zenfiday is not liable for any financial loss arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published in the App or on our website; continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
